Staff are worked hard for low pay, no bonuses hence turnover. Lots of office politics. Some teams better than others

Worked for a few years at the Moscow office, in sfs and securitization divison. Everything was nice, management and good colleagues, achieved experience and knowledge.

Cons

in regard with job duties and work-life balance, i think salaries should be adjusted to be on big4 level or something like that.

They have a great business referals which is how they get great customers

Cons

I worked in Mexico's office, just when many changes happened in the company, totally lack of loyalty to employees and a lot of lies to customers due to not have the capacity to attend them and they literally charge a lot for the kind of services they promise to deliver, all the extra time you work in there does not translate in bonus or salary raise.
