Started this job 5 days ago. Loads of training and new stuff to be digested. I received a lot of welcomes from the APAC sales team. People are nice here

There are too many staff in hk office and might not have a chance to meet them all.

Pros

TMF Group is a great company that can reward employees with opportunities to develop through being exposed to varying experiences. Due to the size and international nature of the organisation, junior and senior staff alike can be given exposure to projects and pieces of work that would not necessarily be forthcoming in larger organisations.

Cons

More investment in employee benefits are needed and some senior executives need to improve their management skills to 'bring' employees along.

We very much agree that TMF Group is a people business whilst also recognising we can always do more. We are investing very heavily into ‘levelling up’ our HR function and have made some major progress, and key appointments, in key areas such as reward and recognition, training, values and performance management. We expect to see this reflected in future employee engagement surveys.
