Working at a place like TMF Group provides lots of opportunities for proactive individuals looking to go the extra mile that many more mature organizations lack. They're growing really fast and value talent that help them get there. Frequent change = opportunities for capable individuals

Cons

For those that don't deal well with change, high expectations, or self-management this can be a difficult environment.

- your colleagues will be the only positive thing you will get out of working here. Not one more positive thing I can think of...

Cons

- management do not care about any of the staff, all they care about is the bonus that they will get, not that anyone else gets any kind of bonus. -barely any director actually has a clue what they are doing! You have to teach and train yourself to do the job - then be criticised for doing it wrong. -there is NO opportunity to grow, you will be stuck in the same job without any opportunities given to you. -Nearly all the staff here are unhappy, I don’t think I have ever met anyone who enjoyed working at TMF, just look at the turnover in staff.
