5yThank you for sharing your experience and the challenges that you are facing. The industry that we are in is constantly evolving, and talents are agile to move within the industry. However, we have seen a positive decrease in employee attrition in 2020 and we strive to continuously improve to achieve better engagement as well. On top of that, while pandemic has hit all businesses hard, we are pleased to be able to make bonus payments for the financial year. We appreciate your candor in sharing your perspective as this is key in ensuring we know the areas of improvement. We encourage that you provide your perspective via the colleague engagement surveys as well so our HR team and our people managers can work on improvements better.
