      Great opportunities to grow within the business and with business. Great colleagues to work with, leadership that listens, international reach, vast opportunities for learning due to multiple industries we serve as well as great clients to work with.

      Cons

      Workload can be intensive due to deadlines (but that's nature of our work).

      Paris office had extremely high workload

      Young staffing therefore the ambiance 8s very friendly

      Cons

      Top management oblivious to high workload. Inequality of treatment amongst staff No recognition for hard working staff/acheivements. Processes are inefficient
