I wish there were any.

Extremely high staff turnover in the last 6 months - 60 people have left, there is no work life balance. - The senior management is pathetic, the north head sucks and doesn't do anything at all. - Most of the senior management is just sitting and enjoying there tenure like a govt company - There are a lot of bootlickers in the company who doesn't work and only focus on politics.

TMF Group has been undergoing some changes in the past months. We have taken into account employee feedback and communicated a strategy to grow and improve as an organisation, this may mean more changes to come, but it is to continuously improve employee experience and how we operate globally.
