      Having joined TMF just over a year ago, I have enjoyed the challenge and opportunities that are available at TMF. I feel like I can make a difference every day, whether working on a group project, improving our client experience or challenging the status quo and finding a better way of working.

      Pros

      It is a very international company and it is great to help clients to expand around the world as we have actual offices in all these countries. Global Reach and local knowledge is really what TMF is standing for! Very large offering in services. Lots of opportunities.

      Cons

      Certain of our processes are very administrative and could be improved. There is sometimes too much focus on that. There is a lot of Learning by doing and that can be challenging sometimes! You need to be pro active and like multi tasking.

      Plenty of international growth opportunities; Very unique business proposition that places the company in a leadership position in its segment. Lack of formality and flat organization

      Cons

      At times the amount of tasks requires to go well beyond the normal working hours. Some decision making processes are still quite elaborate and leads to delays in the go to market activities. The current construct of the matrix structure at time leads to uncertainties on who is responsible for what.
