1. you are replaceable as soon as management finds someone who is getting less than you. 2. Very immature management of Noida 3. Treats junior employees like dirt 4. HR is not strong

Good people, made many friends. People are quite nice and genuine. Worked at Group level, so met many others from other offices and they are nice.

No promotion and no much salary increase for Group roles
