      Complete chaos - never proactive with 100% manual tasks.

      International experience with true International, global clients

      Cons

      Non existing processes - the few in place work against you in all possible way, never support your tasks or make it more efficient. Very few have expertise or training in local regulations and best practice. No system in place that support the business needs, many manual trackers to try to have some control.
