Pros

There are some very knowledgeable people on the frontline of the business There is obvious demand for the company's services all over the world Training programs have levelled up in recent years High number of offices in a high number of countries New London office which is in a good location

Cons

No confidence in the executive committee CEO has put together Still obsessed with Ebitda growth (never enough) No pay rises or bonuses despite very high Ebidta margins CEO is not a natural leader of people and is unable to inspire Service line leaders are the epitome of misplaced arrogance Technology is still awful on the whole High volume of talented staff have chosen to leave over the last year including those who held whole departments together with no signs of it abating.We're now seeing the impact of those people jumping ship (i.e. more people jumping once they realise things are not improving) Only superficial interest/investment in serving clients or building a good culture

Multinational company with offices in over 80 countries. If you are energized in a multi-cultural global culture with huge mobility opportunities and you’re not afraid of hard work, dedication, diligence and grit, this is the place for you to thrive.
