Activities such as “Yoga & Meditation”, “MasterChef in Me”, Hobby Club, etc were specifically introduced to help create a work-life balance. With the pandemic forcing us to operate from home, our HR and management team at TMF will continue to look for creative ways to keep the teams connected and the environment fun-filled. We also have various recognitions platforms aligned to our Rewards & Recognition policy, peer-to-peer recognitions, etc. to ensure that we are able to recognise & reward special contributions.       Good Pay Work From Home Decent Health Insurance

      Cons

      Several changes made to the company since 2018 which has led to an infusion of mediocre talent in Sr Management and Leadership Team. India Leadership is pathetic (don't have a better word). Only yes men can progress here.
