Cons

if you work as permanent, you will have a lot of work to do. Mostly will overtime. Difficult to claim overtime pay.

Pros

Amsterdam is the head office and one of the biggest. The office has a cantine downstairs and at least my working space was pretty ok, other departments are a lot more crowded.

Cons

There is no interest for employee satisfaction and the employee turnover is incredibly high. There is almost no continuity of matters. Amsterdam office is far away from the center. They do not welcome working from home.
