      Just not “it”

      Pros

      Trust and entity management work can be cool depending on the project and scope. TMF also has a great HR team in Miami. TMF hires somewhat well at the VP level. None of the seniors are organically grown within TMF, but they’ve recently taken on impressive folks from Intertrust etc. Example- Head of America’s is now a very impressive figure.

      Cons

      - No organizational structure. It’s hard to know who you actually need to impress. - TMF essentially doesn’t hire new graduates. They take you on as a graduate intern at $13 per hour. It’s a joke. No benefits. No overtime. $520 weekly. - TMF is not respected in the finance community. There is now brand power. Nobody even knows what TMF does.

      Thank you for providing your feedback on how we can improve. We are compliant to employment regulations and provide compensation that is in line to that. For seasonal intake programs, we do provide full benefits for those that are hired into extended contracts upon completion of the 3 months program.

      There are some nice people left and they are wonderfully committed to doing the best they can. bless them.

      Cons

      The once impressive marketing department has been sent back to the dark ages, demoralised and destroyed. The epitome of both arrogance and ignorance.

      Room for Improvement

      Pros

      -Colleagues are nice but they don't stay very long -Marketing department is awesome -Nice pantry

      Cons

      -high staff turnover -problems are ignored to the point where they become unmanageable -underinvestment in resources that creates even bigger backlogs and snowballing problems -salaries are not always competitive
