      Mostly a good company to work for

      good benefits, WFH hybrid, plenty holidays, nice colleagues, good engagement with employees, you can learn a lot; Career opportunities within the company are excellent, you're constantly pushed and there are plenty of learning opportunities

      Cons

      Tedious processes like micromanaging timesheets, self reflections, surveys. There can be a lot of pressure. The salary doesn't reflect the amount of work put in.
