      very international, you work with people from all over the world good processes in place great work-life balance: flexible work times and possibilities to work part-time many events organized for team building many training opportunities and studies are financially supported

      Pros

      Excellent quality for outsourcing service with balance for life and work through less/even no need overtime for achieving this. Good work environment with colleague and line manager, management pays a lot of concerns on employees benefit. Keeping improvement for employees' professional skills and knowledge by providing training program either outside or website.

      Cons

      Rather lower bonus scheme, not clear so much.
