Pros

- Company with great potential - Some international projects - Flexible hours - Work from home - Many experts of the banking business who can share their knowledge

Cons

- Lack of communication - Employees are very rarely taken into consideration and asked to make huge efforts to recover management mistakes (or lack of management) - No meritocracy - No team working (or very few) - No cutting-edge technology - Software quality is very often considered as optional

SMALL COMPANY WITH MAJOR POTENTIAL IN NICHE MARKET

Pros

A great little company with MEGA potential in a niche market. Brilliant that it is Italian and it still has it's Head Office in Rome. Superb that it has a great investor willing to invest his personal money and help it to grow and expand locally as well as abroad. Undergoing expansion which, as always in these cases, gives cause for concern to some existing staff members. I, on the other hand, find it exciting! I have only put 3 stars just now but will update it as I go as I'm positive this is likely to change. - Niche market company with Head Office in Rome, ITALY. - Top 100 listed in FINTECH. Major achievement for such a small company. - Huge potential to go global. - Flexibility. - Innovation potential. - New private investments being made. - Some departments undergoing restructuring for the benefit of expanding abroad. - Top management willing to improve company to expand abroad. - Superb colleagues. - Opportunity to travel abroad. - Willing to listen to new ideas. BENEFITS (These are only some of the benefits and may be different from base to base) 1. Work from home. TOP benefit. Not every day but some days. Either fixed periods or when needed. 2. Lunch vouchers. 3. 160hrs per month (20days) which can be done whenever as long as you do a minimum of 6hrs per day, not including a minimum lunch period of half an hour. 4. Basic medical insurance package. 5. Includes parking which in Rome is PRIME!

Cons

1. Lack of communication between different sites. 2. Lack of Internal Procedures although this is in the process of being dealt with. 3. Work/Life balance can be a little difficult at the moment but this is mainly due to restructuring and not having enough staff, which is thankfully being taken care of at the moment. I am sure this will get better. However, working from home does help balance this out a little.

Pros

Learn the ins and outs of Italy's banking sector. Good interperpersonal relations abound. People care at a human level.

Cons

Office positions are not always the best, depends on the city. Limited career paths, although there is space for growth.
