Pros

Full health insurance, plus dental and vision. Matching 401k up to 4%. Even part timers get full benefits from day one! 10$ an hour to deal with BS customers with problems and commission on everything you sell. Basic Commission Structure:10% on all accessories, roughly 40% on NEW contract plans. IE if the customer is on a 2 year contract that costs them 100$ a month you will be paid $40 on that commission check. For every NEW monthly prepaid service you sell you pocket about $12. In 2011 and prior 2000$ plus commission checks were normal for the top 20% salesmen. Now btw 1200-1500$ commission checks are obtainable if you try, 2000$ if your very good.

Cons

Moving up the ladder is not based off of results but off of who you know. Also the you could be the best salesman in the world and not get recognized depending on the store you work at. You may be number 1 in your store, but if your store is dead, the rest of the market and your superiors dont give you the credit you deserve.

Pros

The paid holidays are decent.

Cons

require covid vaccine to work - even when remote. Cram their hypocritic diversity and inclusion BS down your throat at every training, but don't truly live the concept. Sr Leadership Teams are full of BS

Pros

The pay was great... but money isn't a cure for happiness.

Cons

There was a time when I was happy working there. In late 2016, they restructured the company to 'change the face of customer service' and this was the worst thing they could do .Mixing sales and customer service is a cocktail for stress, anxiety and depression. I wasn't the only one going through it, but I'm sure I was one of the few who did something about it. You take a beating as it is trying to fix customer issues and then they want you to sell to markets where more than half of the customers can't pay their bill. I couldn't sell something I didn't believe in. I was there to help my customers. Their outrageous expectations to sell made it impossible to value what I brought to the table. I was promised credit for hard work and I was lied to. It came to a point where I was in tears even before my shift started. My doctor recommended I quit and taking his advice was the best thing I could do. One day I walked out and never looked back.
