Pros

I'd say pay but with all the crap they put you through I found it not worth it.

Cons

You're not allowed to use the bathroom during your shift. If you do, they talk to you about break management or that you need a doctor's note to have a normal bodily function that happens 6-8 times a day on a stage for the typical person. They give you absolutely no time between calls, once the call is done another one is immediately pushed through. They brag about giving out 10 free sessions for therapy - NOT a good thing when you have to give out free therapy sessions because the role is incredibly stressful and WILL take a toll on your mental health. They consistently lie about the surveys that say they are the best place to work yet turnover is pretty high at the location I worked. You are constantly at battle with the store reps. All of my team leads and managers said they could not do the job that was asked of the team because the requirements are ridiculous but they expect new employees to do just that? Managers are always walking around other communities in the building laughing it up, not working, buying delivery but we have to be on the phone the entire shift and if we need to pee, we get talked to? You can find better places that pay just as well.

Pros

-Annual bonus -No other pros

Cons

The sr director of the social team (team lead) is a narcissistic psychopath and projects her insecurities onto her team. She gives inconsistent feedback, arbitrary deadlines, and will throw her team under the bus at every opportunity if it makes herself look better. She is a leader in name only and tries to build 'team culture' by forcing her team to participate in activities and guilting them when they are unable to participate due to work or personal commitments. She does not advocate for her team, only herself. She does not respect paid time off or working hours. The company leadership is not any better. Priorities frequently change mid-campaign, leaving working teams little time (sometimes less than a week) to execute. This is the norm, not the exception. People across the company are burned out and under appreciated. There is little opportunity for career growth. This feedback is consistently given in every company survey and still ignored.
