      Great pay - Unmatched by most MBB with the exception of BCG Great perks like catering food in office, transport etc. Amazing HR team

      Cons

      Culture has favoritism and lobbies depending on the practise making it hard to break into the pyramids Content is weak - The content they produce is shallow (looks good) but doesn't add real new insights in my opinion
