      Pros

      Working at Strategy& gives you the opportunity to work with some of the best people out there. Self motivated, smart and fun to be around. Great culture - people are pretty down to earth while still being brilliant.

      Long hours partly due to huge demand and limited hiring

      Pros

      I am constantly challenged and working with high-profile clients on critical issues. Partners extremely available and, in my experience, invested in your professional growth. Everyone super smart and driven, but it's more collegial and collaborative than competitive. I've grown tremendously since I joined two years ago.

      Cons

      Being part of PwC can be challenging at times, and there are still cultural divisions to navigate. Legacy Booz & Company (where my allegiance lies) has higher standards, so you can sometimes run into talent inconsistency when staffing projects.
