Good culture around developing junior staff, and the experience you get as a junior analyst is great - you get to solve really interesting problems, have great exposure, and if you work for the right people then you get good feedback that helps you with professional development

Cons

The merger has meant that there is still confusion over the culture and talent management. There are mixed messages about what experiences are needed for a promotion / recognition
