      Pros

      - Salaries are relatively comparable to the market and the hours are very reasonable. Some projects are more intense and challenging which supports development but there are certainly downtimes when employees can take a rest and reflect on learnings - Culture is very focused on people developing, continuous feedback is provided and overall employees can find the right level of support

      - A lot more operations rather than strategy projects, especially in some sectors such as Telcoms, Oil and Gas and Energy
