      Good compensation, that's all there is to it

      Cons

      Long work hours expected (no less than 14 hours a day), very stingy and arrogant culture, people are not that smart but they love to act like they are, the work is not intellectually stimulating - it's mostly monkey work that needs to get done and the more you do the more valuable you are
