Once you find your people, it's decent

Pros

Lots of smart people at S& once you find the good ones, great pay (salary increases ~every 6 mo-1 year), huge wealth of information to pull from once you network with the greater PwC.

Cons

Since S& is part of PwC, it feels like a gigantic company where it's hard to find your people, you're working with different people all the time, etc. This does lead to great exposure and networking, but also leads you to just be a "person behind a screen" and for there to be some toxicity/disregard for WLB.

no promotion, low bonus, first to get fired if you are not Lebanese toxic and horrible WLB low salary comparing to other top consulting firms
