      Better than the rest of PwC, not a Strategy consulting firm

      - You get better management consulting project than in other advisory departments of PwC. Salary is better than other teams

      Cons

      - Salary gap between Strategy& PwC and other consultings is big and increasing every year. Benefits are lost yearly since merge with PwC

      The learning experience is great, you can learn many different skills, consulting allows you to build a powerful network, you mainly work with project teams and rotate across industries

      lot of turnover: If you’re working with a consulting firm, then 1 out of 5 co-workers you have is going to leave their job by the end of the year, many schedule sacrifices: When you first get started in this field, it is not uncommon to work 80 hours a week on average
