The core of Booz&co consists of incredibly talented people back from the days when the company was on-par with the top 3 MBB consulting firms. These legacy Booz consultants make very strong mentors and can teach you a lot of valuable skills that you will benefit from for the rest of your professional career

Cons

The integration with pwc has progressed in a fairly unstructured manner, resulting in significant differences per region which creates significant differences in working culture, bureaucracy and the quality of the teams.

Exploitative environment, shockingly rude management, office services staff are treated like the dregs of the company and kept on contract as "permatemps" for over 9 months.
