      Major setbacks since merger with PwC

      Pros

      (Hardly a pro) Many of the people at Strategy& are brilliant but its likely that you won't benefit from their expertise and experience because the mentorship model looks decent on paper but is a joke in practice- people are too busy and Strategy& overhires and undersells so people are not utilized and are quickly replaced.

      Cons

      Since the merger the company has been vast decentralized and the culture, and business, is eroding

      Pros

      The pay is very good, working conditions can get stressful, but I find that there is a lot of flexibility, interesting work

      Cons

      Any administrative PwC compliance issues. The career round table is not transparent. Consulting hours aren't for every body. 401k match is sub par
