      Pros

      Decent/Average salary for freshers. Good health benefits and unlimited sick leaves. Good corporate experience for starters.

      Cons

      All technical work revolves around the bank and it's internal financial processes. You won't be developing/working on the main website or mobile app of the bank. File handling, ETL, or developing small portals(if you get lucky) is what you're looking at here. May not be a con for everyone. If you're from a 2nd or 3rd tier college, expect to see people from IIT having the same designation as you, doing the same work as you but earning 3 times more.

      I loved the Training Part Very Interactive, Collaborative and learning so many things in small time

      Pros

      Joined SCB a year back as a B.Tech graduate in CSE through Campus Placement. The experience was great, the onboarding process, the training was on point. Since now I'm a full fledged part of a team, the work stress is a bit but manageable in order to maintain a good balance between work, fitnesss and social life.

      Cons

      Nothing as such. Hoping for a good P3 review.
