Pros

Actually, if you want to work in the Asia-pacific area, Standard Chartered Bank should be the first choice, because its 80% businesses are there.

Cons

It was tired, just like all the other banks. However, the biggest problem is the local culture and language. Only English is not enough.

Pros

-Good pay, especially for frontline positions. H/e it may not be the best in the industry -Some staff are friendly

Cons

-For contract staff, especially in back end roles, there is very little coaching. -Job roles are often poorly designed -Additionally, systems for learning and knowledge management do not seem to be in place at all. -Staff politics exists. Though of course that's normal for most places.
