      Pros

      I worked in a great team on industry leading developments in Financial Markets, with some fantastic people. Outside of our team, well it was just scary. That team is on its last legs now.

      Cons

      Terrible management, who are unwilling to invest in building core infrastructure and expertise. They are blind as to what has been accomplished over the past ten years and what is needed to drive it forward. The people who came in with a mandate for change, and other people who "got it" all left. Bill got rid of a lot of useless people, but there's still no direction. Absolutely worst IT in any place I've worked. Really, jaw-droppingly bad.

      Pros

      International purpose and expertise in the worlds growth engines. Excellent and seasoned banker brought in to reposition the group in 2015, and a lot of positive changes implemented. The results from Q4 2016 and into 2017 will start to show the hard work.

      Cons

      Too internally focused, but a lot of focus is being placed on improving the client experience.

      Good culture - friendly and diverse. Genuine belief in sustainability. Some great colleagues to work with.

      Cons

      Political amongst business heads. Too many generalist managers mean the organisation is behind the curve in many areas. Appalling IT.
