-hierarchy/ moving up is limited, only people from singapore get promoted in risk -hard to get more than 5% pay rises and 20% bonus pay

Lot of adhoc . Lot of work gets implemented and direct impact can be seen.

Lot of firefighting especially if you are working with developing economies. Some of the senior leadership lacks empathy.
