Lots of training (online,offsite and other countries) Everything is guided by policies and procedures which are accesible to employees Opportunities of growth Low administration level High technology

Cons

You have to work hard, sometimes I wanted to give up and just leave cause of the long hours of work but I ddnt, everyday was a different day and challenging on its own. I have realised to have gained alot of strenght and confident after I have left the instituion. If you can work at Standard charterd you can work anywhere.

I have been working for six years Good people to work! Brand is strong in Asia! Good management and strong leadership

Cons

There are too much bureaucracies between business units .there are too many layers in management. Technology is old and slow.
