Too much hard work, More work to get base pay, No Promotions at all from last 2 years.

Too much politics , it’s almost like a plague. Fear of constant restructuring;specially since the new CEO got appointed. Goals are unachievable and some General Managers and plant managers have no people skills nor any business being a manager.

None I experienced during my tenure.

No learning growth, lazy lethargic blame game playing leadership, no guidance for freshers to progress in their career, leadership is extremely selfish, micromanages and employee has to flatter their managers alot for promotion. Overall culture is poor and not the best company for freshers at all. Only good for retirement.

Poor work life balance, low chance of upward mobility if you are not part of chosen group or don’t like to play politics
