In my career, i haven't seen an organization where managers ( unfit to be called leaders) from the west have used opportunities to belittle staff in India by using abrasive words. I will have to blame the staff in Bangalore who are so subservient to such attitude... 4) Bigotry at is best... I have worked with managers who are nothing but bigots and blow their trumpet of achievements ( self proclaimed, false, misrepresented achievements), conniving is an understatement to describe for my immediate and skip level leadership. 0 contribution to value creation. 5) plagiarism at its peak... subzero level of ethics demonstrated when it comes to giving credit to ideas.
