nice paid salary, small contracts, big company tag, worldwide opportunities. medical coverage. value their employees. can look for bright future even after leaving the company. fully paid study leaves.

Cons

the only considerable disadvantage of STASCO is that the promotions in are slow, compared to other companies.

Cons

With emphasis on standardized work processes to lower costs, individuality becomes difficult. HR system seems to favor only management oriented profiles.
