      Pros

      You are getting what you deserve. Your performance is compensated according to the numbers you produce. If you want to be laid-back, then thats what you will get. On the other hand, if you are competitive and wants to always be on top of your game, then you will get bigger bonus.

      Because Shell is much of a pro-employee, a lot are taking advantage of it.

      Dynamic, contemporary with lots of international and domestic opportunities. Shell is a modern and satisfactory organisation to work for.

      Cons

      Its a big company and as such as an employee you have the tendency to just become a number. Otherwise okay.
