Pros

They throw carrots like free bees. They throw cookies thinking we are dogs. Enjoy the cookies.

Cons

No respect for employees. There leadership teams in Bangalore steal your work and project it to the onsite teams (esp PT&IT vertifical). Don't waste your time working there.

Pros

The company helps to identify diversity and promote it. The compensation is more than you can imagine. Great place to work but they have had many lay offs. Also in my case they were very unfair.

Cons

The company itself is not transparent and is very political, which what I hated about the job. Even if you are better at something than someone else and everyone knows it, the hiring manager will pick someone they "knew".

Pros

Great environment, management was superb and was very clear with defining job roles and responsibility. Internal growth has been preached from day one.

Cons

Hard work and very long hours. Worked late nights and weekends, pay didn't equal amount of work. Takes a while for bonus/promotion, but is worth the wait
