      Pros

      The health and safety of the employees are taken on high priority. Very flexible work hours. Unlimited sick leaves. Pay is streamlined throughout the job groups.

      Promotions to next job group level is tough Cost cutting in all departments

      Good pay and bonus and proper work life balance. Job security

      Cons

      Cannot upskill easily. You are less likely to get promoted. You cannot learn much technically unless you upskill yourself on your own, you will find it difficult to switch to a better job.
