      Pros

      Great career opportunities. Portuguese Sanofi-Aventis is an interesting company to work. You´ll find there the best and the worsth, so you must be able to identify the structure and who cares about business. Find your right partners and maybe you will be happy .

      Cons

      Peter principle in many manging degrees. Family company (relatives and home visits..) Some key managers tend to see as a threat new ideas. Family members and close friends are threatening to outsiders.

      Pros

      Genzyme as a whole is a great place to work. If you want to come here be prepared for a lot of moving parts. There is always something new going on, and they are not afraid to spend capital on anything as long as the ROI is there.

      Cons

      There is a little bit of a crunch on upward mobility going on, in that the senior members are pretty well entrenched, so there either one has to make their own position, which is possible, or wait for something to come along.
