      Excellent company. Supportive atmosphere but some processes can confuse

      Pros

      The company has an excellent, very collegial atmosphere. Employees are supported well and there is excellent support for most processes from numerous line functions.

      Cons

      Some processes as well as the governance structure can be a bit confusing. More so than other large pharma companies. But even with this. There are almost always enough people who know how to get things done.

      Internal Consulting Role - so increased stakeholder management, vast broad range subject matter to learn from, high visibility to global stakeholders

      Cons

      less accountability on outcome and hence can make it less rewarding. It is a stepping stone for a more transformation roles / global roles within Sanofi
