      Pros

      Good yearly bonuses. Ability to develop and build your career in the house is a big plus. Friendly staff and ability to eat a proper lunch at the office is positive.

      Cons

      Strict timetables, sometimes days can be very long. There are so many different systems in use you lose count, could be more simple.
