      nothing pros here. all people are selfish here. higher management is really good and professional but at site level people are very cruel.

      There are some good people there I honestly do not have a single good thing to say about this company since the Sandvik take over of SigmaTEK. It got real bad real fast.

      They did not pay us in Jan There is no available upward movement They do not provide the minimum resources needed to adequately perform the job They are working to end remote work They eliminated job training functions eliminated company morale projects removed key staff without replacing them and shoved the responsibilities to whoever was left until they were also fired or got fed up and left Claimed declining company performance was due to lack of effort and not lack of resources or any type of support from upper management via staffing or training Overall terribly managed transition
