      Pros

      The people are good, and there are lots of opportunities for growth. There are good benefits and the outside sales jobs have additional perks like car, commission on top of a decent base salary.

      There are a lot of changes happening to the company currently, which is causing a lot of confusion as positions and goals change. Some things are left in the cracks
