Good policies.... great to see a typical sweedish multinational... really impressed on emphasis on the baselines of safety first etc... It also taught me how to do business with great ethics and standards
Cons
No long term plan espicially on mining business... lot of internal politics and favourism in Bangalore design center.... be careful before joining espicially Bangalore design center Coz the level of work is not too technical and one can be easily lost in internal politics. And there is no two year or three year carrear plans for any individual.
