      Pros

      Amazing product offering, exciting industry, global presence, and the ability to learn about many technical disciplines in engineering, production, and sales. Great place for young professionals to get their careers started. Quarterly employee lunches. Good pay and benefits.

      Cons

      Senior management practices a toxic work environment, lots of drama, undermining, mixed in with a culture of fear, distrust, and judgments. Industry is collapsing worldwide and has not recovered since late 2012. Antiquated production systems and software.

      Pros

      Flexible time, ok work life balance.

      Cons

      Big company with old school management and mentality. It feels like employees mostly work for a pay (at least within finance) and wait for vacation. A lot of changes in a short period impacts negatively employee trust and engagement.
