Company diversity,everyone is very sociable and helpful. Have cafeteria at this location great food. Family oriented company. Lots of international backgrounds so you get to meet different people from different countries.

Cons

Growth opportunities can sometime become very slim once in certain departments. Need better manager training for new roles. Amount of work done is not always as recognized as much as you feel it should be. More recognition needed in divisions of the company.

Slow decision making, somewhat risk averse. Also negatively affected by global downturn in mining, oil and gas exploration, and overall industrial production.
