      Pros

      Opportunity to travel worldwide. Easy to stand out in a company filled with underachievers. If you fit in with the drone mentality and thrive in a blame culture, you could do well.

      Cons

      Not a company to work for if working in a creative environment is important to you. A company filled with "yes people" where incompetence and mysogeny is prevalent and rewarded. Old fashioned culture. Pretend to be ethical at face value, but not practiced in reality. Double standards are plentiful.

      The people are great to work with. The benefits are great as well. Continous training and/or education is recommended by Sandvik.

      Cons

      Communication between management and employees could improve. Other than that, there are no more cons to report.
