      Cons

      Pay not as high as responsibility level expected, ups and downs of the economy affect your earning potential as well as company's ability to deliver on promises made to customers.

      A company with a long history of research and development and a vast amount of resources. Well-defined paths for advancement and specilization. Opportunities for travel as part of work. Opportunities for networking and presenting at international conferences.

      Cons

      Bad executive descisions leading to numerous job losses and loss of data. Lack of accountability at high level decision making. Promotion and advancement can be erratic. Increasing isolation of different branches within Sandvik Short-termism compromising long term stability Recent stifling of creativity in terms of research objectives.

      High flexibility on work, good corporate benefit, lean organisation structure and very high quality of products in certain product portfolio. Work life balance and ppl are fun!

      Cons

      Overload workload, underpay, no synchronised system, too many changes recent year, low morale on middle & lower class employee. Lost of focus & direction now. Short of manpower in many division. Too many "mess" need to clean. Continue losing good employee
