Nice working environment, good team-spirit. Company has got good values and it is proudly representing it. Good possibilities for a international career, offers lots of open positions all over the world. Intrenationality is every day present.

Cons

Too frequent strategy changes and lots of organizational changes. Focus sometimes too much in own oraganization rather than in customer or products. For some individuals too much bureaucracy.
