Cons

1. Regional Managers lack basic skills of people management. 2. Too much confusion in terms Expectation vs deliverance. 3. Annual raises are not as per industry standard. 4. Managers with autocratic approach. 5. People at HO level have too much attitude in themselves. 6. Poor judgement of management for the employee. 7. To much dependent of perceptions regarding their employees.
